The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided excellent customer service and were always willing to assist with any requests or questions. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to the train station and many of the main attractions in the city. It made it very convenient to explore Florence. the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

They were outdated and in need of renovation.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with the best beds and linens we experienced during our two-week tour of Italy. The hotel staff was great and very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was near the main rail station and directly in the city center, making it easy for us to explore this city.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service at Embassy. One evening, when I had a terrible headcold, the staff went above and beyond to help me. They kindly provided me with hot water for my medicine every night, ensuring my comfort. I highly recommend this hotel.
